Reservation and Cancellation

Reservation: Credit Card number needed to hold a site (or sites)Canceling daily/weekly reservations:

• If you cancel a reservation 20 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date, there is no cancel fee
• If you cancel a reservation 14 to 19 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the cancel fee is $15
• If you cancel a reservation less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the cancel fee is $50 or less (the days’ rate you reserve).
• The no-show fee is equal to a maximum of three nights or days.
• Last-minute reservations: If you cancel a reservation that was made seven or fewer days prior to arrival, you still pay for one night’s stay.

Canceling monthly reservations:

• If you cancel a reservation 20 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date, there is no cancel fee
• If you cancel a reservation 14 to 19 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the cancel fee is $15
• If you cancel a reservation less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date or no show, the cancel fee is $100
• Last-minute reservations: If you cancel a reservation that was made seven or fewer days prior to arrival, you still pay $100 cancel fee

Multiple-site reservations (5 sites or more)

• You need to pay in full for your reservations one month prior to your arrival date
• Same daily/weekly/monthly cancelation policy applied
• Last-minute reservations: If you cancel a reservation that was made seven or fewer days prior to arrival, you still pay for one night's stay for each reservation.
